LPFG collects information about its clients (such a name, address, social security number, assets and income) from discussions with clients, from documents that clients may deliver to LPFG (such as account applications) and in the course of providing services. In order to service its client accounts and effect client transactions, LPFG may provide client personal information to its affiliates and to firms that assist it in servicing client accounts and which have a need for such information. LPFG does not otherwise provide information about its clients to outside firms, organizations or individuals except as required by law. Any party that receives this information will use it only for the services and as allowed by applicable law or regulations, and is not permitted to share or use this information for any other purpose.
